Jim Fagan is the Chief Executive Office of EXA Infrastructure, joining the business in August 2024 to spearhead the next phase in EXA’s growth journey.
Jim brings more than 25-years’ experience across international telecoms and technology, having worked with organisations varying from small private/public ventures to private equity owned and large publicly traded multinational corporations, across the US, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.
Prior to joining EXA Infrastructure, Jim was the CEO of Aqua Comms, a leading subsea fibre-optic cable operator headquartered in Ireland. Previous to that, Jim served as the Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer at Global Cloud Exchange (GCX) where he played a key role in the sale of the firm to 3i, the UK based private equity and venture capital firm. A successful eight-year stint in the Asia-Pacific region with Rackspace, Pacnet and Telstra, saw Jim serve in a number of executive roles across product, technology, and operations.
Jim’s broad telecom experience and deep understanding of technology trends will see him lead EXA Infrastructure’s growth by meeting and exceeding the demands of customers in a fast growing and ever-changing technology landscape.
Keri Gilder is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Colt.
Appointed to the role in May 2020, Keri is responsible for executing Colt’s strategy which centres around transforming the way the world works through the power of connectivity.
Before becoming CEO, Keri was Colt’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), leading global teams across sales, presales and marketing, as well as working closely with the wider organisation to ensure Colt delivered for its customers.
Before joining Colt, Keri held several leadership roles at Ciena but was most recently its Vice President and General Manager EMEA, responsible for guiding Ciena’s EMEA service provider and enterprise customers, as well as partners.
Keri is passionate about promoting Inclusion and Diversity to ensure Colt is a business where everyone feels they can bring their true selves to work. In addition, Keri brings this passion to the wider industry as the Chair of the TM Forum’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and President of the Global Telecom Women's Network.
Prior to Ciena, Keri worked in multiple roles for Lucent Technologies, and she has also worked for Hughes Aircraft as a Network Engineer.
Keri has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Management Information Systems (MIS) from New Mexico State University.
Keri lives in London with her husband and two children and is based at Colt’s head office in London.
Alejandro Lopez Delgado is a Managing Director in Las Caisse’s Infrastructure team, where he leads the origination and execution of infrastructure investments in Europe.
Alejandro has over 20 years of experience as a principal investor, and has completed infrastructure transactions with an enterprise value in excess of $50bn, in sectors including energy, transport, social and digital infrastructure globally.
Alejandro has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BSc & MSc in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. Alejandro is a Chartered Director and a Fellow of the UK Institute of Directors.
Jennifer L. Smith joined the Zayo Europe Advisory Board in March 2023, bringing with her extensive experience in financial leadership within the telecommunications and technology sectors.
Jennifer’s career spans over two decades, with key roles including Chief Financial Officer at Wildstone from August 2020 to May 2024, where she played a pivotal role in securing a landmark £350 million refinancing deal for outdoor media infrastructure and oversaw the company’s European expansion to Spain and Germany. Prior to that, she was the Chief Financial Officer at Dark Cubed, where she managed the finance function setup and led Series A fundraising.
At euNetworks, Jennifer held multiple leadership positions over six years, including Chief Financial Officer and Director of Corporate Development and Financial Planning & Analysis. Her strategic acumen facilitated numerous mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
Jennifer’s earlier career includes significant contributions at NDS Limited, where she was instrumental in the company’s IPO preparation and subsequent $5bn sale to Cisco She has held various other corporate finance and commercial roles in industry and financial services.
Academically, Jennifer holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a BBA in Finance and Accounting with a minor in English Literature from Texas A&M University. She has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at City, University of London, teaching an MSc Entrepreneurship class focused on M&A and other exits.
Recognized for her contributions to the industry, Jennifer was awarded the 2018 Woman TMT M&A Leader of the Year by TMT Finance. Having also lived in five countries across North America, Asia, and Europe, Jennifer brings a global perspective to her roles.
Jennifer is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance human interaction and continues to influence the digital media landscape through her innovative approach and strategic vision.
Bill is one of the leading experts in data centre finance and investing globally. He was previously a Managing Director and the Global Head of Data Centre Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs before joining Pure in 2020. He has been working in the real assets finance sector for over 15 years.
Bill advised on over $50 billion of strategic data centre transactions spanning five continents over the 5 years he ran the practice for Goldman. He helped to drive awareness of data centres among a broad range of institutional investors and was consistently one of the most productive bankers in the sector. He was on the forefront of how to value hyperscale data centre platforms and popularized new financing concepts.
Bill is based in London and leads Pure’s strategy and investment efforts.
With over 10 years of consistently exceeding target metrics, Oliver Schiebel has built a strong track record in boosting customer satisfaction and forging strategic partnerships. He is skilled in planning, problem-solving, and commercial strategy, combining deep technical knowledge with a quick, solution-oriented mindset. Ambitious and self-driven, Oliver brings extensive leadership and organisational development experience. Trained in complex intercultural sales and communication, he effectively leads diverse teams and drives growth in global markets.
Manjit Dhillon joined Helios Towers in 2016. He was appointed Group CFO in January 2021, having held the positions of interim Group CFO and Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance. Manjit is also Executive Chair of Helios Towers Oman, Head of the London Office, and has the Investor Relations and Sustainability functions reporting into him. Manjit has overseen transactions including capital raisings of c.US$5.0 billion, substantially reducing the cost of capital, and the acquisitions of multiple tower portfolios across six new high-growth markets. He also played a key role throughout the successful IPO of Helios Towers on the London Stock Exchange in 2019. Prior to Helios Towers, Manjit has held a number of positions in the financial services sector, including with Deloitte, Goldman Sachs and Lyceum Capital.
With over 25 years’ experience in the telecommunication industry, Lionel joined the Altice Group in 2004, after 6 years with Verizon. He participated in the development of the French Telecommunication regional broadband plan negotiating France first Private-Public Telecommunications Partnerships on behalf of SFR Collectivités. In 2015, He has been involved in the elaboration of the French National Plan for the French gigabit society. He launched XpFibre in 2019, a joint-venture between Altice and Allianz Capital Partners, AXA Investment Managers, and OMERS Infrastructure with the spin-off of SFR’s fiber assets. Today, with more than €6bn invested over the last 5 years, XpFibre is the leading independent fiber company in France. Lionel holds an Engineering degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
Andrea Liboreiro is a seasoned telecommunications lawyer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. She began her career as Senior M&A Counsel at Telefónica, and later served as General Counsel and Head of M&A at Lyntia Networks, a company owned by Antin Infrastructure Partners. Andrea played a pivotal role in the creation and growth of Lyntia’s access division, now known as Elanta, leading over 130 M&A transactions and driving substantial increases in customer base, fiber coverage, and turnover. Following the sale of Lyntia Networks in January 2023, she was appointed CEO of Elanta, overseeing its continued strategic expansion.
Andrea holds First Class Honors degrees in English Law and Spanish Law from University College London (UCL) and is a qualified Spanish lawyer and English solicitor. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she combines a robust legal education with extensive industry expertise.
Gonzalo Calleja is the CFO of Box2Bit and a key member of its leadership team, providing the financial structure and strategic direction essential to the company’s growth. Under his leadership, Box2Bit has established a solid financial framework that supports its ambitious business plan and positions it for expansion in the highly competitive data center sector.
With over 25 years of experience in infrastructure and real estate finance, Gonzalo has held executive financial roles in multinational corporations and IBEX 35-listed companies, including BBVA, Sacyr, FCC, and CAF. Throughout his career, he has successfully secured funding for large-scale projects, structured complex financial transactions (IPOs, HY Bonds, equity-linked instruments), and led M&A and international expansion strategies.
Before joining Box2Bit, he served as CFO of GS INIMA, overseeing the financial strategy of a multinational specializing in infrastructure concessions. Prior to that, he was Financial Director at BBVA Group for its real estate subsidiary Madrid Nuevo Norte and previously held the position of Head of Structured and International Financing at Sacyr.
Earlier in his career, he worked as an auditor at PwC.
Gonzalo holds a degree in Economics from CEU San Pablo University, an Executive MBA from IE Business School, and a Master’s in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from IEB. His expertise in aligning financial strategy with business objectives makes him a key driver of Box2Bit’s success.
Chief Executive Officer at Onivia, the first neutral and independent wholesale bitstream FTTH – Fiber to the Home operator in the Spanish market. Senior director with over 20 years of professional experience in large multinational companies of telecommunications, electronics and information technology sectors (Orange, Nokia and Euskaltel). Specialist in business units management under challenging scenarios, defining the strategies and leading all the agents. He was Managing Director of Telecable (Euskaltel) from January 2018 to November 2019, after almost 10 years at Orange in a number of management roles, the last two years as Sales Director in charge of tactical offers and devices. Before that he worked for Nokia and Abengoa.

Oliver Bradley is Senior Managing Director, responsible for Digital Infrastructure Investments within the Infrastructure and Energy Capital division of Macquarie Capital, the advisory, capital markets and principal investment arm of Macquarie Group Limited.
The Digital Infrastructure team invests directly in and supports the growth of companies that are facilitating the increasing data consumption of businesses and consumers, including fibre networks and data centres. Since returning to Macquarie in 2019 (he previously worked at the firm from 2005-15), Oliver has led Macquarie Capital's investment into Voneus, a UK rural Fixed Wireless to Fibre broadband developer and Onivia, a new SPV Macquarie established to acquire Fibre to the Home networks in Spain, creating Spain's first wholesale only FTTH network with a footprint in excess of 4m homes. He is a board director on other Macquarie investments globally in the fibre, tower and data centre spaces. Prior to re-joining Macquarie, Oliver was Corporate Finance Director at CityFibre, the wholesale FTTx business and largest UK Altnet. Before CityFibre, Oliver was a commercial specialist at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, part of the UK government. There he advised ministers on digital infrastructure policy and was responsible for the Digital Infrastructure Investment Fund, which saw the UK government commit £400m, matched by private sector investors on the same terms, to invest in UK fibre.
