What’s top of mind for you as you look ahead to the next cycle of digital infrastructure investment?
The AI revolution is driving unprecedented demand for data transport and compute capacity. We're seeing this manifest in long-haul fiber, subsea cable, and FTTP deployments globally.
At the same time, power constraints are reshaping how and where data centers are built - especially in Europe, the U.S. and Asia, where large-scale campus deployments are increasingly being built and stretching into new markets. At Tillman Global Holdings, we have been focused on harnessing these trends through our FTTP and data center platforms, building next generation infrastructure at scale to drive innovation globally.
Where are you seeing the most compelling growth opportunities across asset classes?
AI and hyperscaler activity continue to dominate, but we’re also seeing strong tailwinds in emerging markets like India and APAC, where data center demand is surging as millions come online.
The rollout of 5G in conjunction with growing mobile data usage are creating build-to-suit towers and in-building connectivity opportunities. Our platforms like Tillman Infrastructure and Tillman Digital Cities are leading the way in these areas.
Finally, in fiber, we are continuing to see a robust rollout of fiber-to-the-home and crucial upgrades to technology across America, as demand for data continues to grow rapidly.
What makes you most excited about this sector right now?
The convergence of digital infrastructure and energy transition is creating a once-in-a-generation opportunity. The sector is attracting new entrants, fresh capital, and bold ideas. At Tillman, we’ve institutionalized repeatable processes to build platforms that are not only scalable but transformative - we’re applying those lessons across our existing and emerging platforms.
What topics will you be addressing at TMT Finance USA 2025?
I’ll be sharing how Tillman Global Holdings is executing across multiple platforms - each designed to meet the evolving demands of digital and energy transition infrastructure. From macro towers and open-access fiber to hyperscale data centers, DAS, and EV charging, our portfolio companies are solving infrastructure challenges at scale.
Which sessions or speakers are you most looking forward to hearing from?
I’m especially excited to hear from the leaders of our portfolio companies, including Chris Hickman, the CEO of Tillman Infrastructure, Barry Goldstein, the CEO of Tillman Digital Cities, and Phil Cusick, the CFO of Tillman Fiber - they’re doing incredible work at the forefront of the sector.
