- There were 1,598 deals worth US$273bn in the Americas region in FY 2024, a 57% increase in value and 31% rise in volume YoY.
- Mega deals (≥US$1.5bn) increased from 16% in FY 2023 to 20% in FY 2024,reflecting a shift toward larger transactions.
