Keith Taylor leads the company’s global finance organization, including accounting, business assurance, financial planning and analysis, finance transformation, investor relations, payroll and stock services, procurement and strategic sourcing, corporate real estate, risk and security, tax and treasury.
During his 25+ year tenure, Keith has stewarded the company through a period of exceptional growth, delivering more than $8 billion in annual revenue. He has completed over 29 acquisitions and $50 billion in capital market activities, deploying nearly $40 billion of capital to help fund the growth. Keith also oversees the company’s commitment to sustainability leadership, including developing a Green Finance Framework to benefit the communities where Equinix operates as well as its employees and stakeholders.
Keith joined Equinix in 1999 after holding a number of finance roles at International Wireless Communications and Becton Dickinson & Company. He has been recognized as “Best CFO” on Institutional Investor’s prestigious list and serves on the Board of Directors at Invitation Homes, Frozen Logistics and Yumpingo Ltd. Keith holds a B.B.A. from Bishop's University in Quebec, is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a founding member of the U.S. Chapter of His Majesty, King Charles’ sponsored global Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) CFO Leadership Network.
Fran Federman serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at CyrusOne, where she leads the company's capital markets activities and strategic transactions. With over 18 years of senior finance experience, she brings deep expertise in corporate finance, strategy, financial planning, investor relations, and capital markets across multiple industries. Her career includes leadership roles as CFO at IQHQ, Managing Director at Ventas Life Science and Healthcare Real Estate Fund, and Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at Ventas. Fran holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is also the Board Chair for the National Eating Disorder Association.

Rachel Stack joined Lightpath in August of 2024 as its Chief Financial Officer and oversees the Company’s corporate finance, including accounting, financial planning and budgeting, treasury, tax and internal audit. In addition, she is responsible for corporate development, strategy and capital markets planning and execution. Prior to Lightpath, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cologix from 2020 to 2024. Cologix is a data center company that owns and operates more than 40 data centers in North America. During her time at Cologix, Rachel was responsible for four acquisitions, including one acquisition which enabled Cologix’s presence in Silicon Valley. Ms. Stack led the Company’s inaugural US Asset Backed Securitization (ABS) in December 2021, and the industry’s first Canadian data center ABS in February 2022. In April 2022, Cologix completed a recapitalization that valued the Company at approximately $5 billion. Following the Company’s recapitalization, Ms. Stack was responsible for the capital spend related to Cologix’s $1BN capital deployment plan. Prior to Cologix, Ms. Stack was the SVP, Corporate Development and Strategy at Zayo Group from 2016-2020. During her time at Zayo, she was responsible for all corporate development and treasury activities, including the acquisitions of Electric Lightwave, Spread Networks, Optic Zoo and Neutral Path. She also led the execution of the take private transaction by Digital Bridge and EQT in 2020. In addition to corporate development, she was responsible for revenue strategy, corporate real estate, compensation and ESG. Prior to Zayo, Ms. Stack was an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets focusing on the data infrastructure and fiber industries. Ms. Stack received her BA from Columbia University and her MBA from Columbia Business School. She enjoys running and traveling with her husband and two daughters.

Ajit Pai is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CTIA – The Wireless Association, the leading trade organization representing the U.S. wireless communications industry. Appointed to the role in April 2024, Pai now leads CTIA at a pivotal time for the sector, working to ensure that America remains at the forefront of global wireless innovation and investment. In his capacity as President and CEO, he champions policies that accelerate the deployment of next-generation wireless infrastructure, expand access to spectrum, strengthen national and economic security, and support the millions of American jobs tied to the wireless ecosystem. Under his leadership, CTIA continues to be the principal voice for wireless carriers, equipment manufacturers, and app and content developers across the country.
In addition to his role at CTIA, Pai is also a Partner at Searchlight Capital Partners, a global private investment firm with deep expertise in technology, media, and telecommunications. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has brought his policy acumen, regulatory insights, and industry experience to Searchlight’s investment strategy, helping guide the firm’s engagement with innovative companies across the digital infrastructure landscape. His dual leadership roles reflect his rare ability to operate at the highest levels of both public policy and private enterprise.
Pai’s career is distinguished by nearly a decade of senior leadership at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). From 2017 to 2021, he served as FCC Chairman, having been appointed to the post by President Donald Trump. As Chairman, Pai implemented a broad policy agenda focused on modernizing outdated regulations, expanding broadband access, and advancing U.S. leadership in 5G, Open RAN, Wi-Fi 6, and other emerging technologies. His tenure was marked by major initiatives to close the digital divide, streamline infrastructure deployment, protect consumers and national security, and increase transparency and accountability at the agency.
Pai originally joined the FCC in 2012 as a Commissioner, appointed by President Barack Obama and unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate. His contributions during that period helped lay the groundwork for several of the reforms he later advanced as Chairman.
Before his time at the FCC, Pai held senior positions in the public and private sectors. He served at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, the U.S. Senate as Chief Counsel to the Subcommittee on the Constitution, and the FCC’s Office of General Counsel. He was also Associate General Counsel at Verizon and later became a partner at the law firm Jenner & Block, where he focused on communications and appellate law.
Pai earned his A.B., with honors, from Harvard University and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was an editor of the University of Chicago Law Review. He currently serves on the boards of several portfolio companies and continues to be an influential voice in public policy, business, and technology.

Eric Wittleder is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, he is responsible for infrastructure investment activities for the Brookfield Infrastructure Debt Fund, in the Americas and supports the oversight of the underwriting of global credit investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Wittleder worked for Société Générale in its energy and project finance group, advising on and raising debt capital for energy and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and Latin America. Mr. Wittleder previously held positions at SMBC, Banco Espirito Santo and WestLB. While at SMBC, Mr. Wittleder was seconded for two years to Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional in Bogota, Colombia to build out its project finance unit and support the country’s infrastructure program.

Matthew DeNezza brings decades of financial and strategic leadership experience to Crusoe. Matt is a key leader for Crusoe as it finances and builds a new paradigm of ESG-forward energy and computing services. While with Crusoe, Matt has held key roles in more than $1 billion of fundraising with venture, project, and credit capital investors.
Prior to joining Crusoe, Matt served as the CFO of Meritage Midstream, a private equity-sponsored midstream firm operating in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming. Previous to his leadership role at Meritage, Matt was the CFO of Eclipse Resources, an early entrant into the Utica shale play. Matt joined Eclipse in 2013 where he and the senior management team rapidly grew the business, took the company public in 2014 and eventually merged the business to create Montage Resources Corp. in 2018.
Matt spent a significant amount of his early finance career as an energy-focused investment banker, primarily at Deutsche Bank in New York City, where he worked from 2002 to 2013 serving both privately held and publicly traded upstream, midstream and downstream firms in conducting billions of dollars of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Matt served his country in the U.S. Navy as a commissioned officer assigned to the USS Boise, a fast-attack nuclear submarine, from 1993 to 1998. He holds a bachelor’s of arts from Harvard University and a master’s of business administration from NYU Stern School of Business. He currently lives in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and children.

Prior to joining Vantage, Metwalli served as managing director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey with clients in the data center and communications sectors. He focused on executing debt and equity financings as well as M&A transactions totaling over $37.5 billion in value between 2015 and 2017. Before SunTrust, Metwalli served as a director at Wells Fargo Securities.

Prior to joining Fleet, Chris was Vice President Demand and Supply Management for Google Cloud. He was responsible for Google’s Technical Infrastructure and Cloud server hardware capacity planning, supply chain, data center operations and supply chain operating system development.
From 2010-2023, Chris led several infrastructure planning, development and operations organizations for Amazon Web Services (AWS). As Vice President, AWS Global Data Centers, he led a team of 15,000 employees and had end-to-end accountability for the AWS global data center fleet including forecasting, planning, design, engineering, construction, operations, sustainability and community engagement, as well as procuring and managing all of AWS’ real estate, colocation and utility assets (energy, water, renewables). In addition, he launched and led AWS Infrastructure Workforce Development that hired ~40% of Data Center employees globally, including 53% diverse hires, over 4 years.

Sachit Ahuja is Co-President of Tillman Global Holdings (TGH), an owner-operator of digital and energy infrastructure businesses. In this role, he is responsible for capital allocation, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions for TGH. Prior to being Co-President, Ahuja was a Managing Director at TGH where he was responsible for the firm’s strategy and investments. He joined TGH in 2015 and led the launch of US tower company, Tillman Infrastructure. Mr. Borchetta joined Harrison Street in 2013. As a Managing Director in the Transactions group, he is responsible for the sourcing, analyzing, and closing of transactions and venture relationships with a focus on healthcare and digital real estate and infrastructure assets. During his tenure at Harrison Street, Mr. Borchetta has acquired or developed over $15.0 billion of data center, medical office, senior housing, and life science assets on behalf of the firm’s discretionary funds.
This includes over $6 billion in the digital real estate and infrastructure segments where he has led transactions activity in the sector for the company. As a result of the efforts in the space, Harrison Street was recognized by PERE in the digital category as Data Center Investor of the year for 2022 and 2023 and Mr. Borchetta was recognized by the Tech Capital Global Awards for 2024 as the Under 35 Digital Infrastructure Finance Talent Award finalist. Harrison Street was also recognized as Global Alternatives Investor of the Year during those same periods.
Mr. Borchetta holds a BA from Northwestern University, with a major in Economics, minor in Business Institutions, and a certificate in Energy and Sustainability. He presently serves as an alumni member for the Advisory Committee on Investment Responsibility to Northwestern University’s endowment. He has also completed programs sponsored by the Fulbright Commission and Department of Energy, including the Fulbright UK Summer Institute and the Summer Institute on Sustainability and Energy, respectively.
Ricardo Zubieta is CFO of QMC Telecom. Previously, he spent 20 years in investment banking, advising a broad range of technology, media and telecommunications clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing and stock offerings. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Barclay's Global Technology, Media and Telecom Group, where he was Head of Telecom M&A. Ricardo began his career at Lehman Brother's Telecom and Media Group. He graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with an engineering degree and has an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.

Mr. Halley joined WIA in August of 2022. Prior to joining the association, he was the Senior Vice President of Policy & Advocacy and General Counsel at USTelecom – The Broadband Association.
