Florestan Ferroux is Senior Manager, Infrastructure Financing at CDPQ. In this role, he is responsible for building strategic partnerships for the Infrastructure Financing portfolio. He also participates in the development and monitoring of the infrastructure financing strategy and the portfolio.
Mr. Ferroux has nearly 15 years of experience in infrastructure structuring and financing. He has held several positions at La Caisse, most recently as Director, Transactions and Investments, at CDPQ Infra, where he contributed to the development of new sustainable mobility projects. Prior to joining CDPQ, he was Vice-President, Infrastructure Consulting, at EY, where he advised public authorities and private sector clients on the structure and financing of public-private partnerships.
Mr. Ferroux holds the CFA designation and a bachelor's degree in accounting from HEC Montréal.
