Gaurav Juneja is Chief Operating Officer at Consolidated Communications and oversees the Fidium Fiber business including market development, product management, marketing, sales, call centers, customer experience, base management as well as field operations and Information Technology, which support the enterprise. Gaurav joined the Company in 2023 as President of Consolidated’s consumer and small business organization.

Prior to joining the Company, Juneja served as Executive Vice President & General Manager for Consumer at MetroNet, where he was responsible for building all consumer sales, marketing, product management, market expansion, MDU, customer care and sales operations. Juneja also held leadership positions at Rise Broadband, DISH Network and Arjay Group of Companies (Retailer for T-Mobile & Sprint), where he led consumer and SMB sales channels, field marketing and overall go-to-market strategies.

Gaurav has an MBA from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.A. degree from Trinity College.
