Mark Morrison is a Managing Director with Truist and leads Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking coverage within the firm’s TMT group. Prior to Truist, Mark was with RBC Capital Markets for 12 years where he provided advisory and capital markets services to companies across the Digital Infrastructure space.
Mark has robust experience advising public and private operators and investors on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, private and public capital raises, valuations and restructurings.
Mark received a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
