Throughout his career, Barry has led organizational turnarounds by establishing clear strategic direction, enhancing operational performance, and leveraging innovation and technology to fuel sustainable growth. Most recently, Barry served as CEO of Arch Amenities Group, a premier provider of amenity management and consulting services for residential and commercial real estate, hotels, resorts, and private clubs. He has also held senior executive positions at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels, Cisco Systems, and Panasonic. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.
